Canaima National Park This high plateau region, situated in the mineral rich highland of Guayana is known for its dramatic scenery. The landscape is dominated by tabletop mountains known as tepuys, some of which rise up to thousand meters.
 
Margarita Island Known as the "Pearl of Venezuela" for its picturesque beaches and agreeable climate, Margarita covers an area of 328 square miles. Los Roques is one of the largest marine national parks of the Caribbean, with exceptionally beautiful beaches of white sand, and multicolor, crystalline, warm waters wealthy in natural resources.
